General Conditions

The indicated prices do not include the student and campus life fees (preventive health center, funds for solidarity and students’ initiatives development and contribution to the sports and cultural activities of the universities - only for DUEF students)
For information, for the year 2018-2019 these student life fees cost 90 euros, to be paid to the CROUS on line.

The social security (national health insurance) is compulsory for CUEF students who are non Europeans and are registered more than 3 months. The contribution also needs to be paid on line.

The liability release agreement is compulsory for CUEF students registered more than 3 months and/or housed through the CUEF services, no matter what the duration of the stay.

The average group size of the CUEF courses is 15 participants. All courses are open granted a sufficient number of participants.

The number of course hours of the linguistic stay includes the first day process (reception, test, and visit).

For students arriving after class sessions have begun, enrolment will only be possible if places are available at their level, and only if they are no more than 2 weeks late. Otherwise, they will have to wait until the next course session - for the intensive course - or join the intensive courses - for the DUEF - for the same duration as the one initially planned.

REFUND:
The booking fees (deposit) are deductible from the total amount of the course fees but not refundable (except if the visa is denied).

The fees of the linguistic stay are not refundable except:
- Visa denial
- Serious accident or illness
- Acceptance in one of the Université Grenoble Alpes careers
- Cases of force majeure (i.e. death of a close relative)

Any refund request must be justified and addressed to the CUEF management.
Any started linguistic stay is completely due.

DUEF
The registration to the DUEF courses is subjected to a B1 level validated during the CUEF level test.
If this level is not reached, the student will have to take a series of intensive courses for the same duration as the one initially planned, which will generate additional costs that must be paid.

CLAIMS
For any claim, a form is at your disposal at the CUEF Reception office or on the student Intranet.
