Who is it for?

People who want to improve their French while discovering French culinary culture
(from level A2).

Objectives and content

Discover French cuisine through its regions: presentation of regional produce, specialities in cooking and baking and wine tasting.

Duration and number of hours

Two-week session.
10 hours of language lessons per week and 4 4-hour cookery courses followed by a meal at the Grenoble École hôtelière internationale.
