Pre-registration procedure with the Welcome and Student Life Department

Procedure
  • Return the pre-registration form to the CUEF, completed (typed to avoid data-entry errors), dated and signed on all pages (download the form opposite, depending on your choice of course), and insert a passport photo where indicated.
  • Payment of the booking fee (€200/session for monthly courses and €450/semester for half-yearly courses). Reservation fees are non-refundable and deductible from the total cost of the course.
  • For Intensive Courses : Full payment must be received no later than 10 days before the start of the course.

Payment by :

- International credit card - except American Express (on site or by phone).
- French bank cheques.
- Bank transfer to CUEF bank account (please provide a copy of the transfer). Transfer fees are the responsibility of the student.
- No cash payment

NB :
- Any language stay begun must be paid for in full. No refunds are possible.
- CUEF courses and exams are open to students over 18 years of age.

Pre-registration procedure for groups

- Contact the Pôle Partenariats - Relations internationales (PARI) to draw up a quote based on your needs.
- A handling fee of 2% of the estimate will be applied. They include: assistance in setting up the program, study of the file, help in booking accommodation, organization of a special welcome for the group from the station or airport, etc...
