CUEF general terms and conditions

A processing fee of 30 euros is added to the total booking fee. This fee is valid for the current academic year (September to August) and is non-refundable. Full payment for the course must be received by the CUEF reception desk before the start of the session. The costs shown do not include student life expenses (CVEC) and university fees (compulsory for DUEF, DSA, Cap'FLE and DULLFC students). If the CVEC and university fees are not paid by the due date, no official document will be issued to the student at the end of the course. Social security (French health insurance) is compulsory for non-European CUEF students enrolled for more than 3 months. Civil liability insurance is compulsory for CUEF students. All courses offered by CUEF are open to a minimum number of participants. The number of hours covered by the language stay may include the re-entry procedure (welcome, test, visit, catch-up session, etc.). For students arriving after the start of the course, access will only be possible with the agreement of the Director of Studies. Otherwise, they will have to wait until the opening of the next session.

The price of the language stay is non-refundable except in the following cases: refusal of a student visa, serious accident or illness, acceptance to continue studies atUniversité Grenoble Alpes, force majeure (e.g. death of a close relative). Application fees are non-refundable. All requests for refunds must be justified and addressed to the CUEF management. Any language stay begun must be paid for in full.
