A 30-euro registration fee is added to the total reservation cost. This fee is valid for the current academic year (September through August) and is non-refundable under any circumstances. Full payment for the course must be made at the CUEF Reception Desk before the start of the session. The costs listed do not include the student living expenses fee (CVEC) and university tuition fees (mandatory for students in the DUEF, DSA, Cap’FLE, and DULLFC programs). If the CVEC and university tuition fees are not paid by the deadline, no official documents will be issued to the student upon completion of the program. Social security (French health insurance) is mandatory for non-European CUEF students enrolled for more than 3 months. Civil liability insurance is mandatory for CUEF students. All courses offered by the CUEF are subject to a minimum number of participants. The total number of hours included in the language program may include orientation activities (welcome, placement test, campus tours, remedial sessions, etc.). Students arriving after the start of the course sessions will only be admitted with the approval of the academic administration. Otherwise, they will have to wait until the next session begins. 

REFUND POLICY
The reservation fee (deposit) is deductible from the total cost of the courses but is non-refundable (except in the case of a denied student visa). The cost of the language program is non-refundable except in the following cases: denial of a student visa, serious accident or illness, acceptance into a program at theUniversité Grenoble Alpes, or force majeure (e.g., death of a close relative). Application fees are non-refundable. Any request for a refund must be justified and addressed to the CUEF administration. Any language program that has begun must be paid in full.

DUEF
Enrollment in DUEF courses is contingent upon achieving a B1 level on the placement test administered at the CUEF. If this is not the case, the student must take an intensive course for the duration of the initial enrollment and pay the price difference.

INTENSIVE COURSES
Once a student is enrolled in an intensive course, no changes or transfers to the DUEF program are permitted during the current semester.
Full payment for the course must be made no later than 10 days before the start of the course.

COMPLAINTS
For all complaints, a form is available at the CUEF reception desk and on the student intranet. 

UGA STUDENTS
A 20% discount is available to students enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral program at UGA (upon presentation of a current enrollment certificate) and to UGA researchers (contact ISSO).
