Diego, a student in all circumstances

Student life
"[The teacher] really went out of her way to make learning easy for us despite the circumstances" Diego
A student on the university campus of St Martin d'Hères, Diego told us how, despite the difficulties, he continued to make progress during his confinement.

In Grenoble to study law at theUniversité Grenoble Alpes, the young Ecuadorian took the opportunity to take an evening course for a B2+ level in French at the Centre Universitaire d'Études Françaises. Very committed to his studies, the confinement did not prevent him from continuing to work on his courses.
Confined to a university residence in the metropolis, Diego managed to keep up his efforts to make this period of isolation a little more productive.
Thanks to his motivation and the involvement of his teacher, the young man has successfully mastered not only the basics of the French language, but above all its grammatical rules. Although he admits that it was sometimes difficult to keep to the timetable he had set himself, the student was nevertheless able to maintain a sufficient pace to improve his level of French. In order not to feel too isolated, the young man also managed to maintain contact with his family and friends, whether in France or in Quito, his home town.

As for the next step in his career, Diego is still hesitating, although he could be tempted by a doctorate, or further studies in Grenoble.
