Michael, a Parkour enthusiast!

Student life
Michael hails from Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA.

Michael has been studying at CUEF since January 2022 in the DUEF B2.8 course.
He lives in Sassenage with a host family, so it's a long way to come to CUEF, but the family ties he's developed are "worth the trouble".
During the week, Michael concentrates on his courses. At weekends, he takes the opportunity to travel. He has already been to the Côte d'Azur and is soon planning a trip to Paris, Venice, Cinque Terre, Seville, Salamanca and Barcelona.
At CUEF, he has met other students who, like him, are learning French. They come from Iran, Chile, Colombia, China and the United States. Michael regrets not having more opportunities to meet other French students.
Michael loves Parkour: "It's a sport, or almost a sport, born in France"! Parkour is an acrobatic sporting discipline which involves overcoming urban or natural obstacles, using fast, agile movements (running, jumping, climbing, balancing, etc.) and without the aid of any equipment.
At the end of this semester in Grenoble, Michael will return to the United States to finish his degree. And who knows what will happen after that...!
