Leading a class with digital technology (6h)

Target learner levels A1 to C1 levels.

Training objectives :
  • Situate and appropriate the main digital teaching tools
  • Create and lead stimulating, collaborative production and reception activities using digital technology
  • Evaluating student production activities
Detailed training program :
Based on a number of concrete case studies, participants will be invited to produce oral and/or written reception and/or production activities using digital resources and tools for the classroom. Participants will take on the roles of students, teachers and mediators.
Part 1
Getting to know each other, training introduction, tour de table
Theme n°1 break the ice, create a bond
Putting it into practice: Padlet® icebreaker workshop
Theme n°2 A resource, fast! In search of the rare pearl
Putting it into practice: curation workshop with Pearltrees ®.
Theme n°3 What to do after the ice melts? The first classroom activities
Putting it into practice: reactivation workshop with Padlet®, Kahoot®.

Part 2
Theme n°1 Work on grammar, vocabulary and phonetics
Putting it into practice: language workshop with Kahoot® , Digicut® and Soundcloud®.
Theme n°2 Stimulate learners' creativity outside the classroom
Putting it into practice: creative workshop with Izy Travel®.
