Play activities to encourage oral interaction (3h)

Target learner levels: A1 to B2.

Training objectives :

  • (Re)discover a range of fun, interaction-based activities designed to create conditions conducive to oral expression and comprehension in the FLE classroom.
  • Demonstrate how these activities can be used to introduce new concepts, consolidate, reactivate or reinvest knowledge and skills at both lexical and grammatical levels.
  • Suggest that participants build up a "toolbox" from which they can draw according to their teaching needs.

Working methods :

The training will be based on the presentation and practical application of a variety of activities. Each participant will be asked to assume the posture of a learner. The aim of this hands-on approach is to enable participants to take concrete ownership of each of the proposed activities, so that they can then put them to best use in their own classrooms.
