DELF for All Ages - DALF

These are official diplomas issued by the French Ministry of Education, certifying the French language skills of foreign candidates.
The 6 diplomas are harmonized with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
At each level, the 5 language activities are assessed: listening comprehension and oral production (continuous and interactive), reading comprehension and written production.

Candidates register for the exam of their choice, according to their level:

  • Diploma in French Language Studies (DELF for All)
  • Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française (DALF) (Advanced Diploma in French Language)

The CUEF holds two sessions a year (in May and December).
