This department is available to help students with all aspects of their studies.
The department manages student enrolments in line with course syllabuses, and coordinates student follow-up, grades, attendance, and the issuing and delivery of certificates at the end of each session.
He/she is responsible for the administration of examinations (university diplomas, national diplomas: DELF-DALF, and test: TCF).
He/she drafts and distributes information documents for students, handles exam registrations, and organizes the scheduling of written and oral exams.
It manages the follow-up of diplomas with external bodies (CIEP, Rectorat...), right up to the delivery of diplomas to students. It provides support for students with disabilities (curriculum and exam accommodations).
The department also manages room scheduling and draws up timetables for students and teachers in conjunction with the teaching department.
