Francophone medical option at Shanghai Jiao Tong University

The Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region has long supported the Francophone medical option at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, through a variety of initiatives in France and China. The CUEF has been a partner of the Shanghai Francophone medical option for over 30 years.
As part of this very broad Franco-Chinese cooperation project in the medical sector, French language classes are provided by a team of Chinese teachers, in collaboration with a teacher specialised in French teaching, recruited and provided for a university year by CUEF.
Alongside these classes, provided for the entire academic year at the Sino-Franco Medical School at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the CUEF welcomes a group of Chinese students from this Francophone medical option every year during the three summer months, for intensive language training.

Objectives

Initial training and linguistic consolidation aimed at students from Sino-Franco Medical School at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Classes are focused on oral production and comprehension, from a cultural and operational perspective.
