Objectives and content

Discover French gastronomy through its regions: introduction to regional products, speciality dishes and pastries, wine tasting.

Duration and hours

Two week session.
10 hours of language class per week and 4 cooking classes of 4 hours followed by a meal at the École Hôtelière Internationale de Grenoble.
