Pre-enrolment procedure

Procedure
- Return the pre-registration form to the CUEF, completed (typed to avoid data-entry errors), dated and signed on all pages (download the form opposite, depending on your choice of course), and insert a passport photo where indicated.
- Pay the booking fees (€200/session for monthly courses and €450/semester for semester-long courses). Booking fees are non-refundable and deducted from the total course cost.

Payment via:
- International bank card - except American Express (in person or by telephone).
- French bank cheque.
- Bank transfer to the CUEF bank account (please provide a copy of the transfer). Students are liable for transfer fees.
- No cash payments

NB:
- Payment in full is due for any language course started. No refunds are offered.
- Only students 18 years and older can access CUEF classes and exams.
Pre-enrolment procedure for groups
- Contact the Organisms and Partnerships Department to create a quote according to your needs.
- An application fee of 2% of the quoted amount will be applied. This includes: support in setting up the program, assessing the request, assistance in booking accommodation, organising a specific welcome for the group from the train station or airport, etc.
